Ground Floor Area

A front well lit room with a bay window and two alcoves. Artworks can be hung using the STAS system. There is a large sofa which remains in this room. Adjoining this room is the kitchen area fitted with dishwasher,  oven, microwave and sink.  A range of mugs, and glasses are provided for use during private views. this leads to a stairwell, with wall space.

The Cellars

This area is great for film, as well as sculptural floor works.  Each separate area has a wall double socket and a wall light. Although nothing can be drilled into the walls in this area, pieces may be fixed to the walls using command strips.
